Benesyst Announces New Online Claims Wizard

Some people love to do everything online! Benesyst's new Online Claim Form literally guides the participant along in a wizardized manner, providing the participant with:
  1. Easy-to-complete online forms with detailed instructions
  2. Instant feedback on their added expenses in the 'shopping card' with instant feedback once you have reached your maximum reimbursement amount
  3. Direct EBIA guidance (the same standard we utilize at Benesyst to determine the eligibility of an expense type) as to whether an expense or purchase is eligible for reimbursement
All this happens in real-time while they are in the process of entering the claim! The user then has two choices as to how to submit their documentation; by fax or online image upload. If the participant chooses to submit documentation by fax, the system will then print a bar-coded cover sheet, listing all their submitted expenses under which they can attach their documentation (bills, receipts, etc., corresponding to what they entered online) and toll-free-fax them to Benesyst. Upon receipt of their fax into our imaging system, the bar code will connect their document to the online claim submitted for even-faster adjudication and reimbursement.

Our online system provides receipt of documentation via our flex dashboard and informs participants on the status of all claims in process. When processing is complete, it sends an email informing the participant that processing is complete. Easy!
